The department is headed up by Melodie Merancio. She is joined by a team of professional REALTORS that know how to locate and get you the home you want. If you are moving away from the valley they can assist in selling your home and getting you the best price.
Assisting Melodie is Dave McIntosh. Dave is retired military and understands the unique situations that our military may experience. They are also here to help you locate a home or sell your home.
Dave served in the US Army in excess of 20 years. I am dedicated to serving all military personnel along with all our clients, whether it be in the purchase of a new home, finding a rental or selling because you are in the process of a move because of a PCS, retirement or are just wanting to move into a larger or smaller home. I understand the stress and concerns you have during a PCS or retirement, as they say, we have been there and done that, more than once. Well except retirement, I did that only once, but experienced many moves at the will of the military. Our office is located just south of Interstate 10 off of Estrella Parkway in Goodyear, Arizona. We are about 7 miles south of Luke Air Force Base and close to the new Cincinnati Reds and Cleveland Indians Baseball park and the Arizona Cardinals stadium.
