Greetings!

My name is Thomas Chlebanowski (pronounced Kleb-a-now-ski).  My wife and I moved to Arizona from Chicago back in 2003 and we've never looked back.  My background is in engineering but I have been active in  the Arizona real estate market for almost three  years. I am a certified short sale specialist and negotiator (CSSN).  Assisting sellers with homes that have become financially unmanageable is what I enjoy doing most. It is very rewarding to see a homeowner go from a hopeless to hopeful situation with my aggressive determination help.  Of course, I am also equally happy to assist homebuyers in finding the home of their dreams.

My wife Lisë (Lisa) owns a pet sitting business called TLC Pet Sitting. We live in Litchfield Park with our dogs: ’Arnold’ the English Bull Terrier, more commonly referred to as the rambunctious child in a dog costume and ‘Jack’, who is the smartest Jack Russell Terrier in the world. We also have two cats, Rudy and Andy. Unfortunately, they all know very little about real estate but they sure are cute!
